Important Notes

  1. Replying to posts is enabled in all forums, except when a topic is closed (everything's done)
  2. Posting New Topics: this is enabled in SOME forums - those where full discussion is encouraged for members. It's disabled in other ones, where the admin has to start a topic. This keeps the forums more streamlined and easier to manage.
